First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether a pelvic floor muscle training program, delivered through a mobile app, can reduce urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor disorders after childbirth. About 734 first-time pregnant women will either follow the app-based training or receive standard care. The goal is to see if this simple, at-home exercise routine can improve pelvic health and sexual function after delivery.
