This study aims to adapt the Kinesthetic Motor Imagery of Pelvic Floor Muscle Contraction Questionnaire (KMI-PFQ) into Turkish and test its validity and reliability in healthy women aged 18-30. Participants will complete the questionnaire, which assesses their ability and mental effort in imagining pelvic floor muscle contractions.
