Summary
This study measured levels of PEG 3350 (a common laxative) and its breakdown products in the blood and urine of 158 children. Some children were taking PEG 3350, and others were not. The goal was to see how much of the medicine stays in the body and if it relates to any symptoms. No changes to treatment were made as part of this study.
