First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at why some people with chronic kidney disease in Spain may not have equal access to a kidney transplant, even though Spain is a world leader in transplants. Researchers will survey 3,000 patients and interview doctors to find barriers like age, income, or where someone lives. The goal is to use this information to make the transplant process fairer for everyone.
