Summary
This study aims to identify biomarkers—biological clues in the body—that can help distinguish between Parkinson's disease and similar conditions like progressive supranuclear palsy and multiple system atrophy. Researchers will follow people with early-stage parkinsonism and healthy volunteers for at least five years, collecting imaging scans, blood samples, and clinical data. The goal is to improve diagnosis and understanding of these disorders.
