Summary

This study uses advanced brain scans (PET, SPECT, and MRI) to find markers of Parkinson's disease in people with certain genetic mutations. Researchers will look at changes in brain chemicals and structure. The goal is to better understand the disease and help develop new treatments that could slow its progression. About 45 participants will be enrolled.
