Parent-Child therapy may ease anxiety and depression, new study suggests

Summary

This study looks at whether Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) can help parents and children dealing with anxiety, depression, and stress. About 80 parents of children aged 2-7 will complete surveys and provide saliva samples to measure oxytocin levels. The goal is to understand how the therapy affects emotions and parent-child relationships.
