First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding two new drugs (zimberelimab and quemliclustat) to standard chemotherapy can help shrink pancreatic tumors that are either borderline removable or have spread locally. About 56 adults with untreated pancreatic cancer will receive the combination. The goal is to see if more tumors become operable and to check safety.
