Patch before surgery may cut painkiller use after laparoscopy

Summary
This study tests whether placing a loxoprofen sodium patch on surgical cuts before laparoscopic surgery can lower pain and reduce the need for extra painkillers. About 134 adults having gallbladder, appendix, or hernia surgery will take part. The goal is to see if this simple step improves comfort and speeds recovery.
