First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study compares two pain-relief methods after total knee replacement: a single shot of adductor canal block (ACB) versus a continuous femoral nerve block (FNB). The goal is to see which approach helps patients walk farther sooner after surgery. About 220 adults scheduled for knee replacement will take part.
