First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tested two methods to control pain after a total abdominal hysterectomy: an ultrasound-guided nerve block (TFP block) and morphine given via spinal injection. Sixty women participated, and researchers measured how long until they needed extra pain medicine and how much they used. The goal was to find which approach provides better, safer pain relief.
