First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether combining a hands-on nerve treatment (intraneural facilitation) with a balance exercise program can reduce pain, improve balance, and enhance quality of life in people with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. About 65 adults aged 50-75 with type 2 diabetes and nerve pain will be assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to help people move better and feel less pain.
