Summary
This study observes 280 people with Parkinson's disease or multiple system atrophy to understand how pain and automatic body functions (like blood pressure and digestion) affect their lives. Participants will undergo standard rehabilitation and be assessed with questionnaires. The goal is to find patterns that predict who benefits most from rehab, not to test a new drug.
