Summary
This natural history study follows 270 adults with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and healthy volunteers to track how the disease changes over time. Researchers will use blood tests, heart and lung imaging, and a six-minute walk test to find new markers of disease severity. The goal is to better understand PAH progression and identify targets for future treatments.
