First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study follows people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) over several years to learn how the disease changes and to find new markers that could lead to better treatments. About 270 adults with PAH and healthy volunteers will have regular tests like blood draws, heart and lung function tests, and a six-minute walk test. The goal is to better understand PAH and identify targets for future research.
