ozone gas

What this could lead to

If it works, this could provide a simple, low-cost injection to ease jaw pain and improve mouth opening for people with TMJ disorders.

This was a very small, completed trial with only 20 participants. Ozone injections are not yet standard treatment, and results may not apply to everyone with TMJ issues.
