Summary
This study will compare two exercise programs—the Otago Exercise Program and the BEAT IT program—to see which one better improves balance, walking, and quality of life in people with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. About 32 adults with type 2 diabetes and nerve damage in their feet will participate. The goal is to find a safe, effective way to help them move better and reduce fall risk.
