NCT ID NCT02496663
First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests the safety and best dose of combining two drugs—osimertinib and necitumumab—in people with advanced EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer that has worsened after previous treatment. About 138 adults with stage IV or recurrent lung cancer will take part. The goal is to find a tolerable dose and see if the combination helps control the disease.
