First seen May 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests the safety and best dose of a new drug (BAY 1895344) when given with standard chemotherapy (irinotecan or topotecan) for people with advanced solid tumors, especially small cell lung cancer, poorly differentiated neuroendocrine cancer, and pancreatic cancer. The study aims to find a safe dose and see how well the combination works. About 29 adults with tumors that have spread or cannot be removed are participating.
