Summary
This trial looks at the best time to reopen other blocked arteries in people who have just had a major heart attack (STEMI) and have multiple narrowed heart arteries. Participants are randomly assigned to have all blockages fixed right away or in a separate procedure later. A special guidewire (FFR) helps decide which blockages need treatment. The goal is to see which timing leads to fewer deaths, repeat heart attacks, or unplanned procedures over one year.
