Summary

This study aims to find the best way to use financial incentives to help people with opioid or cocaine use disorder stay drug-free. Researchers will compare two types of reward schedules—one that increases rewards over time and one that decreases them—using a smartphone app. About 600 adults will participate, and the study will measure how well these approaches work in promoting abstinence.
