New CT method could make heart stent surgery safer and faster

Summary
This study compares two imaging methods for guiding treatment of hardened coronary arteries. About 700 adults with heart disease will either receive CT-guided or standard ultrasound-guided care during stent placement. The goal is to see if the CT approach improves stent expansion and procedure efficiency while keeping outcomes similar.
