First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a program called ONLOOP that sends reminders to adult survivors of childhood cancer in Ontario to get important screening tests. These tests can find late effects like heart disease or second cancers early. About 900 survivors will be randomly assigned to receive the reminders or usual care. The goal is to see if the program helps more people complete their recommended screenings.
