Online CBT aims to ease depression and anxiety in cystic fibrosis community

Summary
This study tests whether an online group therapy program (cognitive behavioral therapy) can improve depression, anxiety, and other mental health symptoms in people with cystic fibrosis and their caregivers. About 52 participants will be randomly assigned to therapy or a control group. The therapy happens over 13 sessions via Zoom, and researchers will measure changes in mood, social skills, and daily functioning.
