First seen Jun 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether taking a piece of tissue from the belly and placing it in the brain after removing a recurrent glioblastoma tumor is safe. The tissue flap may help bypass the blood-brain barrier to allow better treatment. Ten adults with recurrent glioblastoma will be followed for side effects like seizures, stroke, infection, and tumor growth.
