Summary
This study tests whether a drug called DAOIB, which boosts brain signaling, combined with omega-3 fatty acids can improve thinking and daily life in people with early Alzheimer's or mild cognitive impairment. 140 participants will receive either the combo or a placebo for 24 weeks. Researchers will check memory and function every 8 weeks.
