Summary

This study aims to find brain activity patterns and thinking skills that can predict which people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) will not respond well to standard treatments. Researchers will use brain scans and cognitive tests in 100 participants with OCD and compare them to healthy controls. The goal is to personalize care by identifying treatment-resistant profiles early.
