Summary

This study tests an internet-based self-help program designed to reduce psychological distress in adults with obesity (BMI 30 or higher). 224 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two therapy-based online programs or a waitlist. The program lasts 6 weeks and includes five online modules plus one live session.
