Summary
This study looks at whether a special digital follow-up system plus nurse-led education can help people feel better and stay active after weight-loss surgery. About 52 adults who have had bariatric surgery will take part. Half will get the extra digital support and exercise program, while the other half will receive standard care. The goal is to see if the digital tool improves quality of life, body mass index, and exercise habits.
