NCT ID NCT07269821
First seen Dec 16, 2025 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looked at whether taking a daily mix of dietary supplements (like polyphenols and prebiotics) for 12 weeks can help people who recently lost weight with GLP-1 drugs maintain their results. 70 adults who had lost at least 5% of their body weight and stopped their medication took either the supplements or a placebo. Researchers measured changes in body fat, muscle, emotional health, and gut bacteria. The goal is to find a safe way to prevent weight regain and support overall health after rapid weight loss.
