Nutritional boost before colorectal surgery may cut complications

Summary
This study tests whether giving patients special nutritional drinks and a tailored diet before and after colorectal cancer surgery can lower the risk of complications like infections and improve recovery. About 190 adults with colorectal cancer who are scheduled for minimally invasive surgery will take part. The goal is to see if this simple nutritional approach helps patients heal better and faster.
