This study tests whether a 12-week nutritional supplement (containing myo-inositol, berberine, cinnamon, and chromium) can improve body composition and menopause symptoms in 80 women aged 38-55 who are experiencing irregular periods or related symptoms. Participants will take capsules daily and attend two visits for blood, urine, and body measurements. The results will be compared to a placebo group.
