Summary

This study looked at whether teaching young women about nutrition could reduce the severity of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Researchers worked with 210 female college students in China who had mild to severe PMS. Participants received nutrition education, and the team measured changes in PMS symptoms, stress levels, and physical activity. The goal was to find a simple, drug-free way to help manage PMS.
