Summary

This study tests whether coloring mandalas or listening to classical music can reduce premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms and improve quality of life. 108 female students with PMS will be split into three groups: mandala coloring, music listening, or no intervention. The trial is currently recruiting.
