Summary
This trial tests whether coloring mandalas for 20 minutes can lower anxiety, pain, and improve vital signs and satisfaction in men undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP). Half of the 64 participants will color a mandala before surgery; the other half will receive standard care. Researchers will measure anxiety, pain, and satisfaction after the procedure to see if this simple activity makes a difference.
