Summary

This study tests whether a program of nutrition education, physical activity, and at-home cognitive training can help prevent memory decline in adults aged 55 to 85 who are at higher risk for dementia. Over 120 participants will follow a Mediterranean diet-focused plan and attend group sessions. The goal is to see if these lifestyle changes improve diet adherence, quality of life, and memory.
