Summary
This study tests a program that delivers fresh produce to the homes of pregnant women with type 1 or 2 diabetes who also struggle to get enough healthy food. Participants will also receive group education on diabetes, nutrition, and cooking, plus ongoing support for other needs. The goal is to see if this approach helps women achieve better blood sugar control before delivery and improve pregnancy outcomes.
