First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study is testing whether a new, low-cost type of brain scan can find early signs of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Researchers will compare brain scans from 120 people, including those at risk for Alzheimer's, those with Parkinson's, and healthy volunteers. The goal is to see if these scans can serve as a simple, non-invasive biomarker for early diagnosis.
