First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether the drug nivolumab can be safely given after a half-matched bone marrow transplant to help prevent sarcomas from coming back. It includes children and young adults (ages 1 to 50) who have recently had this transplant and are at high risk of relapse. Researchers will monitor side effects and overall survival to see if this approach works.
