Summary
This study tests a new injectable drug called nimacimab, given weekly, to see if it helps overweight or obese adults lose weight. Some participants will receive nimacimab alone, others will get it together with semaglutide (a known weight-loss drug), and some will receive a placebo. The trial involves 136 people and aims to measure changes in body weight and waist size over time.
