Summary

This study aims to improve how doctors diagnose bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS) in children who have had a stem cell transplant. Researchers will use special MRI scans with xenon gas and advanced breathing tests to see if they can detect BOS earlier and more accurately than standard methods. The study involves 15 children aged 6 to 17 who are at least 6 months past their transplant.
