Summary
This study is testing a new drug called BI 765049, given alone and with another drug called ezabenlimab, for Asian adults with advanced cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find safe doses and see if the treatment can shrink tumors by helping the immune system fight the cancer. It is open to people with specific cancers, like stomach, lung, or liver cancer, whose tumors have a marker called B7-H6.
