Summary
This study looked at whether a short session of neck stretching can quickly lower blood pressure in healthy adults. Researchers measured blood pressure, tissue stiffness, and heart rate in 25 volunteers before and after stretching. The goal was to see if stretching could be a simple, drug-free way to support heart health.
