Summary
This study tests whether myofascial release (a type of massage) or cupping therapy works better to improve quality of life in people with both restless leg syndrome and knee osteoarthritis. Fifty-four adults aged 40 to 70 with moderate to severe knee arthritis will receive 12 sessions over 4 weeks. Researchers will measure sleep quality, pain, and restless leg symptoms to see which therapy helps more.
