Summary
This study looked at whether providing pre-made, heart-healthy meals that include traditional Navajo foods could help people with heart failure avoid hospital stays or emergency room visits. Over 200 participants either received these meals for 60 days or continued their usual care. The goal was to see if the special meals could improve health and reduce the need for urgent medical care.
