Summary
This study looks at 110 patients aged 80 and older who are in the hospital for acute heart failure. Researchers will use ultrasound and blood tests to measure muscle loss (sarcopenia) and see how it affects their recovery over six months. The goal is to find better ways to predict who might need to return to the hospital, so doctors can improve care and quality of life.
