First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a mobile app that plays personalized calming music can improve sleep for people with dementia and reduce stress for their caregivers. The trial will involve 144 participants (72 people with dementia and their caregivers). One group uses the music app at night, while the other group receives standard sleep tips. Researchers will measure sleep quality and caregiver well-being over one month.
