Summary
This study explores whether listening to personalized music can help reduce apathy (lack of motivation and emotion) in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will use brain scans to see how music affects areas linked to reward and movement. 50 adults with Parkinson's will listen to music for 8 weeks and be assessed before and after.
