Summary
This trial tests whether a multicomponent exercise program—combining plyometric, strength, and core exercises—can improve athletic performance and reduce injuries in recreational runners. Participants, who run 20-100 km per week, will be randomly assigned to either this program or a traditional strength program, both done at home 2-3 times a week for 8 weeks.
