Summary
This study looked at 20 young male judokas (ages 10-13) to see if core endurance is linked to explosive power and balance. Participants did tests like holding plank positions, throwing a medicine ball, and balancing on one leg. The goal was to understand how core strength might help judo performance, but this was only a small, observational study with no treatment.
