Summary
This study looked at 20 young male judokas aged 10-13 to see if core endurance is linked to how far they can throw a medicine ball and how well they can balance on one leg. Researchers measured core endurance with timed holds, explosive power with a backward overhead throw, and balance with a standing test. The goal was to understand these relationships to help improve training for youth judo.
