Summary
This trial compares two low-cost exercise programs—Cawthorne-Cooksey exercises and Frenkel exercises—to see which better improves balance and coordination in people who had a stroke 3 to 6 months ago. Participants, aged 40 to 75 with moderate balance problems, will be assigned to one of the two programs. The goal is to find out which approach leads to faster and more lasting improvements in mobility and fall risk.
